Refund Policy

At MiBolaLoca, each item is created with care and intention. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Due to the personalized nature of custom and made-to-order items:

  • Custom orders are not eligible for returns, refunds, or cancellations once the customer has approved the mock-up and production has begun.

  • Approval of a design mock-up indicates confirmation to proceed with production.

We encourage customers to carefully review all details during the design and approval process to ensure the final product meets expectations.

Defects or Production Errors

If there is an issue due to a defect or mistake in our production, we are happy to help.

​

Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order if:​

  • There is a production error

  • The item received does not match the approved design

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the defect or error

Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion.

Non-Custom Items 

Non-custom items may be eligible for return or refund under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging.

  • The customer is responsible for properly packaging and shipping the item back to the seller.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Once the returned item is received, MiBolaLoca will inspect the item to confirm it is in new and unused condition. If approved, a refund will be issued for the item cost only, excluding original shipping charges.

MiBolaLoca is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be issued for:

  • Design preferences or change of mind after approval

  • Minor variations inherent to handmade items

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
